How do I join?
Create an account with your email — you become a Level 01 Family member immediately. Any previous online purchases under the same email already count towards your level.
How do I move to the next level?
Your level is based on how many orders you have placed online. Level 02 — Private Access unlocks automatically at 2 orders. Level 03 — Inner Circle is extended personally by White Noise, and is yours automatically with a commission from The Label.
How long do I keep my level?
Your level never drops. Once reached, it is yours, and every order continues to count towards your relationship with us.
Do my privileges expire?
No. Drops, music, previews, events and concierge last as long as your membership.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. Any online order placed with your membership email counts towards your level.
