Refund policy
You may return a piece within 14 days of delivery.
What we accept
The piece must be unworn, with its tags attached, and returned with its dust bag.
What cannot be returned
Pieces made to order for The Label cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the piece is faulty or not as ordered.
How to return
- Please email info@whitenoisethelabel.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the piece you are returning.
- We reply with the details for sending it back.
- You arrange the courier and pay for the return. Please use a tracked service and keep your receipt.
Your refund
When the piece reaches us, we check it and refund you to your original payment method.
Exchanges
You may exchange a piece for another of the same price or higher, if stock permits.
A damaged, faulty or wrong piece
If your piece arrives damaged, or is not the piece you ordered, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We collect it at our cost, then send the right piece or refund you.
If a piece develops a fault, please email info@whitenoisethelabel.com with your order number and photographs, and we will put it right.
This does not affect your rights under UAE consumer law.
